Tarek Moharam Fouad
Founder, Managing Partner
Tarek has over 20 years of senior management experience and ownership, including start-ups and turnarounds, in several fields such as cinema production, audio & music industry and events productions as a pioneer in Kuwait. His management and business development experience covers construction, interior decoration and tourism across West & North Africa, Middle East & Europe.
Aside of being educated and professionally trained in the field, Tarek’s creativity and artistic skills are part of his nature and background, since his father, Moharam Fouad, was one of the pioneers in the music and film industry during the Golden Age in the Middle East and the Arabic world.
Tarek is a far-seeing business leader, dealmaker with extensive managerial background, broad experience in creating and directing multi-million dollar businesses. His multilingual skills and vast travel experience makes Tarek a real citizen of the world with immense international networks and capabilities of executing events globally.
Ania Marro
Event Director
Ania has been with the company since 2012 and she is an invaluable member of the core team. Ania is in charge of project management, client servicing, research and creative input in events concept development, as well as liaising with the technical team, overseeing the production team and managing our live productions, both in Kuwait and internationally.
Originally from Poland, Ania has been living and working abroad for more than 16 years. She graduated with BSc and MSc degrees in Social Sciences from London universities, used to work for the United Nations in Sudan and was running the Abu Dhabi office of Hill + Knowlton Strategies, where she was a part of media relations team in charge of the large scale concerts, events and entertainment projects.
David Chammas
Business Development Manager
David has joined ELEVEN Production in 2019 and has been working on growing the business to include versatile business solutions on international standards. He has been leading on projects and events, delivering successful outcomes for our clients.
David started his career at the corporate communication department at Kuwait National Petroleum Company in 2008. From 2010 to 2019, he’s worked for several multinational Ad/Com agencies; TBWARAADBCOMAD Leo Burnett and last IMPACT & ECHO BBDO as an Account Director. Throughout these years, David handled several key accounts in various sectors (FMCG, automotive, F&B and many others). This experience exposed him to regional and international practices which have shaped his current expertise in the communication world. His passion, love and exposure to events and projects management throughout the decade made him decide to progress his career in this field and to join our team.
Desvas Sivadasan
Event Designer
Desvas is a member of the core team since over seven years, being our Event Designer he works very closely with the producers and technical team to create, design & visualise ideas and prepare the proposals. He
coordinates the production and drafts technical plans for the crew. Desvas exudes creativity and radiates a positive energy. With his talent, he easily develops solid relationships with his colleagues, vendors and clients.
He is a graduate with BSc from MG University and started his career as Multimedia Designer.
Abdulaziz Al Jarba
Video Manager
Aziz joined the team in 2012 and he is in charge of our video production department, as well as our video content wizard. He has superior knowledge of visual technologies, related equipment and editing software. Graduated in hardware design, Aziz always seeks new solutions and keeps himself abreast with all the tech developments in his field. He is a natural trouble-shooter and his personality and composure together with his vast knowledge and solutions-oriented attitude has proven priceless during our live shows.
Ahmad Kordi
Operations Manager
Ahmad has been with the company since its beginnings. His responsibilities include on-site coordination, transportation, security, allocation of services and management of crossfunctional teams. Dedicated and highly professional site production manager. His fun, calm, hands-on approach and years of experience enables him to efficiently handle any challenges and tasks.
Leonardeo Mendoza
Deco Designer
Since the beginnings of the company, Leo has been designing and managing all sorts of event decoration productions. His precision and attention to detail are unparalleled, as well as his creative and artistic skills in Styrofoam, cement, resin, rock and wood carving, oil painting, mural & spray painting and moulding. He did many residential, hotel, commercial projects in Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, China, Philippines, Hong Kong in his long 20+ years of career as deco designer.
Siva Reddy
Lighting Operator
Siva joined our company in 2012 as the head of our lighting department. Siva’s passion for lighting started when he was still a teenager and he used to design and operate lights for small parties, schools and colleges events. He therefore decided to develop this passion into a full time career joining Ramoji Film City as lighting specialist. In 2006 Siva moved to Kuwait and worked as a lighting operator gaining experience in live events and shows production, which allowed him to join our company to develop further his knowledge and expertise. Throughout his career he has worked on more than 1,000 successful projects and events across all the GCC countries.
